The Minnesota Twins have sent 26-year old left fielder Ryan Patterson to the New York (A) Yankees in exchange for 26-year old second baseman Robinson Cano. Currently Patterson has 8 home runs and a .274 batting average. This season Cano is batting .278 with 5 hits and 1 home run. He has scored 3 times and has 4 RBI.
